Harrison, NY, November 16, 2023 -- One Step Vending, Corp. (OTC Markets: KOSK), releases company updates. The Company informs its investors that it will be filing the Disclosure Statement and Financial Report for the third quarter of the year -period ended September 30, 2023 by Monday November 20, 2023.
The Company is currently preparing the new website that will be uploaded under the domain name www.metawellsinc.com and will be launched as soon as the name change will be effectuated with FINRA and reflected on the OTC Markets website.
On most recent news released, the Company appointed Robert Reyes at the Board of Directors who currently serves as the Company's Vice President and Director (COO).
The Company has amended its Articles of Incorporation with the State of Nevada to change name to Metawells Oil & Gas Inc. and is in process with FINRA and its transfer agent to complete the corporate action.
